Atletico Madrid reached the semifinals of the Champions League for the first time following a 1-0 win over Spanish rivals Barcelona this evening. It means Atletico would play in the last-four of Europe's premier club competition for the first time in 40 years, after they reached the final of the European Cup in 1974.

Regardless of their back-and-forth public status, Ma$e and wife Twyla Betha have filed for divorce according to a recent article from TMZ. After an initial filing in January, Ma$e later dropped the case before refiling after his wife filed for legal separation in San Diego.

Chris is on his way to a federal holding facility in San Bernardino to begin his long trip to Washington D.C. ... where he will stand trial for assault. According to TMZ.com Chris Brown was accompanied by federal marshals on what will be one of the longest journeys across the country in prisoners' chains.

Covenant University 100-Level Student Expelled For Twerking Naked

News filtered in this afternoon of a video of a fresh student of Covenant university who was fooling around in her room (at the female hostel) with her friends. Bisi, as she is called, tweaked naked but unfortunately the video leaked and it was uploaded on YouTube.

According to inside sources, her friend who allegedly recorded the video claimed to have deleted it immediately but an unnamed boy retrieved it from the recycle bin on her laptop and uploaded on video sharing site YouTube. She took to twitter to apologise after the matter spiralled out of control

The video has since been deleted from Youtube and further information revealed that the student have since been expelled by the authorities of the university. Details are still very sketchy about the whole incident at the moment.

Lagos Bus Conductor Steals N40,000, Jumps Into Atlantic Ocean

Nurudeen Suleiman, a 26-year-old bus conductor, reportedly jumped into the Atlantic Ocean while trying to escape after stealing N40,000.

According to a report in Vanguard, the incident allegedly occurred Sunday at Bar Beach on Victoria Island, when Suleiman approached a man named, Segun,and asked for financial assistance.

As Segun brought out some money from his pocket to give Suleiman, some additional naira notes dropped on the floor. Under the guise of helping Segun pick up the fallen money, Suleiman absconded with part of it – N40,000.  Upon realizing what had happened, Segun attempted to apprehend him, but he jumped into the Atlantic Ocean.

Timbaland To Serve As Lead Producer On Michael Jackson's Forthcoming "Xscape" Album

Timbaland is slated to be the lead producer on Michael Jackson’s forthcoming Xscape album, according to Rolling Stone.

The album from the late singer, who passed away in 2009, is scheduled for a May 13 release. "Xscape" is the name of one of the collection's cuts.

It is slated to feature eight previously unreleased songs that has been “contemporized,” according to L.A. Reid, chairman and CEO of Epic Records, which will release the collection.

The deluxe edition of the album is slated to include the original version of the songs.
