AMVCA Best Actor, Tope Tedela Nominated For AMAA Awards

The nominees for the 2014 Africa Movie Academy Awards, AMAA, have been announced. The African Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) Best Actor, Tope Tedela, was nominated for Young/Promising Actor alongside Evelyn Galle Ansah, Petronella Tshuma, Kitty Phillips and Shawn Faqua.

In the Best Documentary category, Nigeria got two nominations: Daughters of the Niger Delta and Potraits of a Lone Farmer. Others nominees were The Sand Fishers from Mali, Kushaya Ingagasi from South Africa and Sincerely Ethiopia from Ethiopia.

Chris Brown Moved To Washington D.C Jail

Chris is on his way to a federal holding facility in San Bernardino to begin his long trip to Washington D.C. ... where he will stand trial for assault. According to TMZ.com Chris Brown was accompanied by federal marshals on what will be one of the longest journeys across the country in prisoners' chains.
