Nicki Minaj Never Fails To Amaze Me - Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne may be working on his upcoming Tha Carter V album, but he says another YMCMB artist is also crafting a new project.  "She's actually working on her album right now, too," Lil Wayne says referring to Nicki Minaj in an interview with MTV. "Everybody's going bananas right now, man."

According to Hiphopdx.com, when asked about "Lookin' Ass," one of Nicki Minaj's recent tracks, Lil Wayne says he's constantly impressed by Minaj's work.

"Nicki never fails to amaze me with anything she does," Lil Wayne says. "Honestly, I'm a tough judge and I'm a boss. So, I kinda tell her, 'That's nice, but you could do better.' But that's what I tell myself everyday, too."
On March 13, Lil Wayne addressed his upcoming album, Tha Carter V.
"I personally plan on this being my final solo album, yes, and it's definitely the final Carter album," Lil Wayne said at the time. "It's the final Carter album. It's stopping at five. I didn't smile when I said it."
